Algoma Family Services strives to achieve and maintain the highest possible degree of quality in its programs, services, communication and public relationships. To achieve this goal AFS welcomes feedback from clients, volunteers, funders and members of the community. 


How do I Share a Compliment or Raise a Concern?

Always try to speak to the person who provided the services, or their direct Supervisor/Manager. It is best to share a compliment or raise a concern when and where it occurs.

All concerns/ complaints will be thoroughly reviewed and investigated in a timely manner. All positive feedback and compliments will be shared with the staff directly involved, as well as the leadership team.
